Hi all!!
On our way back from AGP this weekend (I'll start a new thread on that later!) we stopped at the St. Charles, Missouri Target store. They had a space for OG Wooden trunk on both Friday and Sunday, but no trunks! I finally asked an associate if they could find one in the back. Yippie!!! One went up to the front just for me!
I am so excited to show it to you (sorry the pics were taken on top of my bed, LOL). I brought it right home and filled it up. I was astonished how much room it had! I fit over 30 AG outfits inside (no shoes; those I left in my armoire) plus accessories. I have mine pretty crammed; I'm sure it would look better with less inside, but just to show you what is possible... I would however as I believe someone stated, put your Christmas dresses elsewhere. Trying to cram the gala outfit in here is not recommended, LOL!
It is so pretty, and so functional. I was comparing it to Molly's Chiffarobe from AGP, and hubby and I decided at 1/3 of the cost, the OG trunk is far more functional than the chiffarobe. (Don't get me wrong, the chiffarobe is great, I'll have to find room for that sometime!) Not only is there a bar that goes the full length and a pull out roomy drawer, but the shelving organizes so well!
Also, I think it is the PERFECT companion closet for the AG 3-in-1 bed. Here is Bindi making her appearance, home at last from AGP to show you the trunk. Hopefully I will have many more pics of her and our lot from AGP to share this weekend! Enjoy-

That looks so great! Thanks for sharing with us. Now that I know how much it holds I really want it, but sadly don't have the floor space.... Oh well. But, it is very beautiful!

I am droooooling over that wardrobe and all the goodies inside. I wish I could have one for me, as well as the dolls! What a wonderful surprise that would be under the tree. Thanks for sharing the pics and Welcome Bindi!

Thanks for the cool pics. I just got this a week ago and I LOVE it! I am only using it for GT stuff since it doesn't hang long dresses well. I have a pretty small collection right now, so there's still plenty of room left for more! I need to post some pics sometime.

I really am interested in purchasing it, but my Target doesn't have it. I even checked the shelves for the UPC code but nothing. I know I can order it online, but I'd like to see it in person. The search continues.

Have you tried asking an employee about it? My Target didn't have a shelf UPC either. The trunk was on a bottom shelf next to the OG Horses. After I bought my trunk, the space was filled with an entire herd of horses.
I'd also recommend peering up at the overstock items above the shelves. There were several trunks remaining there when I looked again last night. The Target staff seems pretty busy with the task of restocking such a large store during the holiday shopping madness, so I'm not surprised that they haven't gotten around to pulling the trunks down yet.
